Violin, Viola & Cello Instruction in Albuquerque, NM
We are a collective of violin, viola, and cello teachers who share a passion for bringing high quality music education to Albuquerque. All of our teachers are highly-trained and experienced pedagogues and performers, who embrace the philosophy of Shinichi Suzuki, creator of the Talent Education method, more famously known as the Suzuki Method.

Dr. Shinichi Suzuki developed the “mother-tongue” method, based on the idea that children learn music in the same way they learn language (through early exposure, listening, repetition, parental involvement, and community support), creating a nurturing environment for young learners to grow musically.
In addition to Suzuki group classes for violin, viola, and cello, our students have the opportunity to participate in performance classes, audition preparation, masterclasses with guest teachers, and more. We also offer classes for adults.
We are a community of teachers working within a cooperative model, coming together to offer the best possible violin, viola, and cello group class experience for our own students and fellow Suzuki educators in Albuquerque, NM.
We are committed to nurturing children’s growth through music, creating joyful experiences for families, and building an inclusive community where we support, learn from, and celebrate one another.
We provide a wide range of performance opportunities for our students year-round, including solo recitals, group concerts, honors recitals, masterclasses, and participation in various community events.
Our classes are conveniently located just minutes from the Robertson & Sons Violin Shop, near both freeways at the corner of Comanche and Carlisle.
